IMPACT NAMES KNIGHT PARTNER, PROMOTES BOWEN
Atlanta, GA — Impact Public Affairs, a leading Georgia public affairs firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Natalie Knight to Partner. This significant milestone reflects Natalie’s outstanding contributions to the firm and her exemplary leadership in advancing clients’ interests in the public policy arena.

As a Partner, Knight will continue to lead key client engagements, expand the firm’s influence, and play a critical role in shaping the future direction of Impact. Her promotion underscores the firm’s dedication to fostering top talent and delivering unmatched expertise to clients.
Natalie joined Impact in 2022 and has since become an integral part of the firm’s success, particularly in assisting our clients in engaging with local governments. Her deep understanding of the procurement process and municipal government relationships, combined with a strategic approach to advocacy, has led to numerous successful outcomes for Impact’s clients. Natalie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Plant and Science from Tuskegee University, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees. Before joining Impact, she was with Barge Design Solutions, Jacobs Engineering, and the City of Atlanta. Her unique combination of skills and experience has made them a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to municipal government.
Additionally, Impact announced the promotion of Kathleen Bowen to Senior Director of Government Affairs, reflecting her success and leadership in managing complex state and local government matters on behalf of Impact clients. As Senior Director, Bowen will lead and direct an expanding team managing coverage of legislative, agency and local government activity.
Kathleen employs over two decades of government service and legislative lobbying experience to advance key initiatives on behalf of the firm’s clients at the state and local government level in Georgia. Prior to joining Impact, Kathleen served in a lead lobbying role for the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG). During her 17 years at ACCG, she served as a member of the ACCG governmental affairs team and was responsible for public policy in the areas of transportation, economic development, natural resources and the environment as well as federal policy issues. Kathleen maintains active relationships with key local government leaders across Georgia.
